Place in large frying pan. |

POWDER. Add and stir. Simmer until
onion is soft about 4-5 MIN. |

Add to frying pan. |

RICE (RAW).
Add to frying pan. Bring
to boil, lower and simmer without
a lid for 25 MIN.
Stir occasionally to avoid
sticking. Cook until rice
is
tender. Determine by tasting. Add more water
and cook longer, if necessary. |
While
rice is cooking prepare spices.

RAISINS. Add to bowl.

(4 OZ). Add when rice is almost done. Also, add
spices from small bowl. Cook until flavors blend
together about 4 MIN. |
Serve
now or cool and refrigerate or freeze. |
